The Process

Step 1

Our highest aspirations and our deepest failures are intimately related to our knowledge of self. The idea that self-knowledge is fundamentally important to living well has been generated in every culture and in every major religious and philosophical tradition that humanity has ever produced. As you move through life, your values may change. For example, when you start your career, success –measured by money and status that might be a top priority. But after you have a family, work-life balance may be what you value more. As your definition of success changes, so do your personal values. This is why keeping in touch with your values is a lifelong exercise. We will visit this in an effort to establish or reestablish values. This is paramount if you have ever feel unbalanced and couldn't 't figure out why.

Step 2

A vision that is clear will open the mind to endless possibilities and unlimited points of the future. Having a vision is one of the most important factors in the path of one’s success in life. Clarity of your vision helps you pursue dreams, achieve goals and produce a more successful and prosperous outcome. I help my clients create a clear visions prime for execution.

Step 3

If you’ve ever faced anything significant in your life you’ll have experienced the power of purpose to tap reserves of energy, determination and courage you likely didn’t know you had. Your mission was clear. Your goal was compelling. Your focus was laser-like. Your potential was tapped. My clients find and focus on there strengths while understanding where they can provide the most value to others.

Step 4

Once you have planned your project, we will focus all attention to developing goals that will enable you to be successful. Goals should be SMART - specific, measurable, agreed upon, realistic and time-based.

S - specific, significant, stretching

M - measurable, meaningful, motivational

A - agreed upon, attainable, achievable, acceptable, action-oriented

R - realistic, relevant, reasonable, rewarding, results-oriented

T - time-based, time-bound, timely, tangible, trackable

This broader definition will help you to be successful in both your business and personal life.

Step 5

The first rule of success is to have a great plan. The second rule is to expect everything to change as soon as you START. Time to get to work! Motivation is not the destination. It’s the vehicle that gets you there. Time to take Action, time to perform! DAY 1.
